winter | Be in Love with Yourself !

It is a new year! Happy New Year!

I still want to wear good for the next year. But as I have said, my budget is really limited. Since Spring is still two months away, well in Amsterdam it is! Plus, I am still looking forward to some snow because it hasn’t snowed yet. I really need to think about how to wear for Winter instead of what to buy for the spring…although lots of prespring looks have come out.

I went to Cologne for my Christmas last month. I picked some winter look to feel good.

1. Big Coat.

If you wear a big coat, no one cares about what do you wear inside. From those streetstyle pictures, it seems that fashionistas never really wear them :S But we know that when it is really coat in the winter, we’d rather wrap ourselves instead of showing our legs! Thus, a stylish big coat is important!

Let’s discard our black ones first. I know that black never goes wrong, but please let yourself shine more! Imagine, under the dark grey sky of winter, if you are in black, you are totally lost in crowd.

I wore a white coat from Kling, and in order to match it, i put on a vintage hat too.

2.Faux Fur Coat

If you want to be fashionable in the winter, faux fur always makes you be outstanding. However, although they are very trendy this season, you still need to have a second thought before you purchase a faux fur coat. They cannot be that big to make you look like an animal! and if they are too big, you need to keep simple on other part of your outfits.

I bought this faus fur from River Island at only 20 pounds. And it has no zip, so i can match it with any scard in front, and it won’t make me look so big.
